Book Review - The Bandsaw Book
Of the books I have read on bandsaws this is without doubt one of the best. Worth having at your side in the workshop. If considering buying a bandsaw, or already have one and need to improve your skills, then this is the book for you. It is well illustrated and covers most aspects of bandsawing from basic to advanced techniques.There is good advice on buying a bandsaw and also on tuning the machine. There are pictures and diagrams showing how best to care for the bandsaw.
Safety aspects are not forgotten either. As everyone should know woodturning machinery can be dangerous and most accidents happen through lack of knowledge or inattention. Do not take chances while working with a bandsaw and use a push stick where possible.
